How do I make an order on Stylish GardeRobe?
-Click on the article of your choice, select the size and color.
-To fit - click on "add to fitting room". You will see the counter on top of the display "1 item". Click on "my fitting room". You are now in the digital fitting room. By clicking once on the article you can start to dress the (model) mannequin. A second click on the article and you undress the mannequin. This way you can try out different pants or skirts with blouses or tops and create sets. Click on "go to the product page" to return to the description of the item.
- To order, click on "add to cart" on the product page. On "my cart" appears "1 item". You can continue shopping or checkout and pay.
- To complete your order click on "my cart". Here you will find your selected articles. You can remove items and/or add. If you are satisfied with your order, click "Order".
-On the registration page you can select "log in", "create new account" and "checkout as a guest". Fill in your email, password and delivery address to receive your invoice. If you have not previously ordered by Stylish GardeRobe, please fill in your details.
- Enter address and confirm details. In "order summary controller”, add the delivery address. "Shipping Instructions" - when needed. Confirm.
- If any coupon, fill in "coupon code" and click “save and continue”.
-Carefully check your order; read and check "terms and conditions". Then click "save and continue" to confirm your order and proceed to the payment screen.
-Select whether you will pay by credit card, iDEAL or PayPal and click “Check”. Fill in the appropriate information.
- After completing the payment you will receive an email confirming your order.
Can I change my order, size or color?
-Sure. Processing an order takes 2-3 days; please email email@example.com and tell us what size or color and in what order you want to change. If your order has already left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email. Changes can then no longer be applied.
Can I cancel an order?
-Yes, you can cancel an order. If your order is still being processed you can do this at no cost. If the order has already been shipped, you can simply return your purchase and get a refund. You have to send the item back at your own expense. See also the question 'what should I do if I want to return an item?” for more information on returns.
A garment is sold out, now what?
-If a garment is sold out, it is sometimes possible to still order this article. Click the "send request for out of stock product". Fill in your name, email address and the size you want to reorder. If the product can be backordered, you will receive an email from Stylish wardrobe.
Can I add an order to an existing order ?
-It is not possible to merge two orders to an existing order or add an order to an existing order. When you want receive all your items the same time, you cancel the existing order and place a new order with all your items. Please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
